Welcome to the website that I put together to speak about my journey as a creative.
I have found a passion for “painting with paper”. My visual art process begins with making paper, as pieces of colorful, textured or distressed paper can spark my imagination. This often reveals the next direction of each piece. Ripped paper is the language that my art speaks and the of star of the show.
Sometimes, I have fun hiding imagery in my art. If I don’t intentionally add the symbolic images in the pieces, they sometimes appear to my surprise! That is always cool! and quite surprising to be frank. Nature has informed and inspired most of my visual art, although you may not see it literally in the piece.
I have published a diverse collection of my work on this site. Currently my art is listed by medium or series.
I feel that stating one’s intentions is good for the soul. I intent to read a lot, write even more, and let the visual art pieces evolve whenever the mood strikes me.
